Step 1: Take a sachet of MAATR mix and pour into a cup of milk (at room temperature).
Now keep it aside for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, take 1 tb spoon of butter/ desi ghee in a pan and heat it up. Add
about 100 grams of triangular shaped sliced paneer( cottage cheese) and sauté it for 1
minute. Then add the soaked mix into the pan.
Step 3: Bring a boil to it and simmer for 1 minute. Your Shahi Paneer is ready to be served.
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and a dash of fresh cream.
