Kadhai Paneer is an North Indian dish made by cooking Paneer(cottage cheese) and capsicum in a fragrant and freshly
grounded spice powder. It is tastes well with Indian breads like buttered naan, paratha, roti and can be served with
steamed rice or jeera rice too.
Ingredients
Fresh Paneer cubes(100 gms), Maatr’s Kadhai Paneer Gravy Mix(1 sachet) & a small bowl of Veggies(Capsicum,
Tomatoes & Onion)
Preparations
- Chop the veggies into dices and separate out the seeds.
How to cook
- Empty the Maatr’s Kadhai Paneer Gravy Mix sachet into a bowl and pour 1 cup of drinking water to the bowl.
- Keep this bowl of mixture aside for about 5 minutes while you sauté the chopped veggies in a tablespoon of Ghee/Butter
or vegetable oil using a frying pan.
- Add bowl of water soaked Maatr’s Kadhai Paneer Gravy Mix to the pan of sautéd vegetables and bring a boil to it.
- Your instant Kadhai Paneer using Maatr’s Kadhai Paneer Gravy Mix is ready to serve followed by a simple garnish of
fresh coriander leaves.

Note
- Capsicum & Tomatoes should be chopped into dices after removing the seeds for better taste.
